To become an employee as a farmer, you must first go to the City Hall located at 243 Carcer Way and select the "Farmer" job. When you have the job you can head to 911 Joad Ln to the Golden question mark on the map where you'll begin your shift.
Once you have begun your shift you will get a task that will vary but you will be prompted special instructions to grab something along the building or to go somewhere on the farmland. You will see a map marker
Depending on the task you were assigned you will be pointed in the direction of what to do on the map. When you arrive at points you'll see arrows or a marker directing you on what to do.
When you're finished with the task you were assigned you will be prompted to continue with the task or to go collect your paycheck. In the event you have to continue just continue as normal following what you're told to do on the map. If you are told to collect your paycheck walk back to start and collect your check.
When you have collected your check open the job menu and mark yourself as ‘off-duty’.
