Real Estate Procedure

Here at Dynasty 8, we work with everyone from future homeowners to aspiring business owners, and it’s our job to make their lives easier. Our job is to meet or help people who come to us hoping to purchase a property for whatever reason they want. Because of this, we strive to maintain good standing with the people of San Andreas, as it determines our success at the end of the day. Through our efforts, we have a property where we conduct our business, and people come to us hoping to advance themselves. We are located at 255 Eclipse Blvd., so when it comes to beginning your work day, this is where you'll find yourself.
Creating a house
The first step to creating a house would be to use the command /housing upon running the command you'll be greeted with the active properties listed inside of San Andreas. When it's opened the first thing you'll need to do is click "List New Property" located in the top left corner of the housing page.
Door and Garage creation
When it comes time for you to create the front door and the garage for the person interested in buying the house, you have nothing to worry about as the process of setting these items is very easy.
Door
The first step in creating the house is setting the door, and selecting the Door creation option. You'll notice when you select the option you'll have a large red box around your body, you're going to use that to place the door selection menu. Make your way to the front of the house and locate the front door. When you have found the door you're going to walk into it ensuring the the door is covered in the red box. When you're finished click E to confirm its placement and the housing menu will reopen.
Garage
When you're done with the Door Creation you'll want to move on to the garage creation. As stated when selecting the garage option, you'll need to get into a vehicle and drive it until you're touching the garage to accurately create a space to pull out and put a vehicle in the garage. If you don't use a vehicle to create a garage space it won't end well and will result in issues arising for all parties.
Description
When you're finished setting both the garage and the door you'll fill out the description tab with information relating to the house. Make sure to be specific and detailed as when customers go to purchase the house they'll be looking at the description to feed them information on the property and the surrounding area.
Pricing
You'll fill out the pricing tab with the final price of the house, and you will type the entire number without any commas or decimal points, EX: 1500000
Shell type
When it comes to selecting the shell type you'll select a shell from the list of shells. You're able to use the attached document to get a better understanding of what each shell looks like on the inside. If you're assisting a customer you can give them this document so they can tell you which shell they would like their house to be.
When you're all finished you'll ensure everything looks correct you'll hit the button "Create Property" in the bottom left corner and the house will be created and put onto the marker for people to see.
Edits - Adding Images
When you're finished creating a property you'll locate it on the list of available properties and click on "View property" and then in the bottom left corner "Manage Property". There you'll be met with the manage property tab, you'll see all the information the house has available. If you've made any mistakes during the creation of the house you'll be able to correct them here or if you're removing the property, you can click "Delete Property" in the bottom right corner. On the tab, you'll see a new tab called "Add Images". You'll add a name to the image and then post a URL that links to the image and the images will link to the Property View that customers see.

Selling the House
When you're going to sell a house you're going to have to meet up with the buyer and take them to the location of the house they want. If they come to you requesting a house that hasn't been made, you'll go with them to the house and create it following the "Creating a house" section of the guide.
You'll walk up to the front door of the house and enter it using "Showcase Property", you'll be prompted to confirm entry into the house where you'll click "Yes". When you're in the house you'll ask the person outside to Third Eye the door and Ring the Doorbell. They'll then be let into the house where they can take a look around.
If the buyer agrees to the property sale you'll then walk outside of the house and open the housing page by doing /housing and then locate the property on the list of available properties and click on "View property" and then in the bottom left corner "Manage Property". You'll then find the option "Finalize Sell Property", you'll ask the person for their Server ID number and then type it into the box. When you have typed it the person will get a prompt on their screen to agree to the purchase. When they have agreed to buy it the sale will be finished and the house will have been taken off the market! When finished with the purchase, the money will be taken out of the client's BANK account and you will receive 20% of the house's price as commission.
