To become an employee as a farmer, you must first go to the located at 243 Carcer Way and select the "Farmer" job. When you have the job you can head to 911 Joad Ln to the Golden question mark on the map where you'll begin your shift.
Once you start your shift you'll see all the plants you'll need to harvest on your map. Walks up to them and one by one third eye to harvest them.
Depending on the task you were assigned, you will be pointed in the direction of what to do on the map. When you arrive at points you'll see all the rows of plants waiting to be collected.
When you're finished with the task you were assigned, you will be prompted that you have finished work and you will be paid. If you want to keep working, simply head back to the farmer guy and start another mission!
When you're finished working, ensure you go off duty.
