While each job may have different tasks and processes, this guide will help you navigate them if you get lost.
To obtain ingredients for baking and cooking, you'll need to visit the wholesale supplier, this is usually located in the back of the restaurant or in the freezer. The location varies by business, so ask your manager if you're unsure where it is. Use your third eye at the wholesale location to collect the required items. Keep in mind that these items cost money and will be deducted from the company bank account.
When cooking with grills or fryers, you'll need the necessary ingredients. Head to the designated cooking area, use your third eye, and select the item you want to cook. You can choose to cook in batches of 2, 5, 10, or all available items. Once the cooking timer finishes, you can move to the prep station if needed.
At the prep station, use your third eye to see the available recipes. If you have the required ingredients, you can select the item to prepare it. If you're missing anything, the system will notify you.
Menu and hotbox prices are set through the boss menu. Open the menu, scroll to the pricing section, select the food item, and set its price.
If no employees are available to serve customers, the hotbox is a great alternative. Customers can browse the hotbox and purchase available food items. Payments are automatically sent to the company bank account. Hotbox prices are also set through the boss menu. If you want to add items to the hotbox, you'll third eye it while on duty and move the food items over to the hotbox inventory.
When serving customers, you may need to manage orders and payments. Use your third eye on the register to access its functions:
Open Tray: Store food items before handing them to customers.
Open Register: View all available menu items with preset prices. Click on the ordered items to add them to the order preview. To remove an item, select it from the preview before submitting the order.
Charge Customer: After finalizing the order, enter the total amount, add a note if needed, and click Create. The customer can pay using /invoices or the bank app on their phone.
