Purchasing a house

If you're deciding to pursue the "American Dream further and purchase your very own house, then look no further because the best Realtors at Dynasty 8 can make that dream into a reality!

If you're trying to purchase a house, you have to schedule an appointment with a Dynasty 8 realtor, or if they're inside of the state, give their office a call to talk about purchasing a house. A realtor will give you a tour of different places around San Andreas until you have found one that you enjoy.

It's best to send them an email on your phone with info and what you're looking for so they can get back to you and schedule a time to meet. The main Dynasty 8 email is [e-mail] Expect an email when sent, as they check daily!

You can also visit their office anytime and look through their laptop on the first desk as you walk in on the left-hand side. This will show you all of the available houses in the state, their locations, and their prices so you may know what you want.

Decorating your House

When you have finally purchased a property inside of San Andreas, you can customize and access your home menu. Open your F1 Menu to have access to your available house options. Inside the menu, you'll have various options for adding things to your house to give/revoke access to your house.

When the time comes to make the inside look nice, you'll want to open up the F1 menu and click Furniture Menu. You'll be greeted with a welcome screen, and you'll receive tips at the top of your screen, which can prove to be helpful during your home customization process.

Added in v3.1.10 are additional decoration items that will be useful for assisting in specific roleplay scenes. Use with caution, as any illegal items displayed, though not actual items, could result in law enforcement involvement.
