Get in touch directly with a business if an employee is online!

The Services app allows you to contact any State-approved business via chat or phone. If an employee is on duty, the chat bubble and phone icon will appear when viewing the app.

Pressing the phone will call all available employees on duty for that service. Answering a call from a civilian will be first come, first served. However, with chats, everyone on the job will be able to see the chat messages. As a customer, if you close a chat with a service, it'll be removed from both your and the service's chat window.
